File types we ingest
Documents (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email — .msg, .eml), images (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, HEIC), audio (MP3, WAV, M4A, plus the audio track of video files), video (MP4, MOV), forensic extracts (.pst, .ost, EnCase, forensic image formats), scans, handwritten notes.
Sources we connect to
Email systems (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), document stores (SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, Box, Dropbox), clinical systems via export, dictation systems (Olympus, Philips), forensic acquisition tools.
Identity providers
SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect. Tested with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace.
Exports
Disclosure bundles (paginated index + flattened PDFs + redaction key + audit log), CSV of detected entities per file, JSON of the full case record, sub-processor reports.
