Accessibility statement

This statement covers the smartbox.ai website. It does not cover the Smartbox platform itself.

The standard we work to

We aim for the website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

How we test

• Automated checks against WCAG 2 AA with Pa11y, run on the built website for every proposed change.
• Automated accessibility tests (axe) on every component of the site.
• Manual keyboard checks of the navigation, forms and dialogs before each release.

Automated tools find only some problems, so we also rely on people telling us what gets in their way.

What we know isn't fully accessible

The booking calendar on the Book a demo page is provided by Calendly and loads only if you ask for it. Its accessibility is outside our control. If it doesn't work for you, send the form or email us and we will arrange a time with you.
