Cookie policy

This page lists everything smartbox.ai stores in your browser. Nothing that measures you is stored or loaded until you say so — and the banner asks about analytics and advertising separately, so you can agree to one without the other.

Stored whatever you choose

A few values, each there to do something you asked for.

Your three choices

Decline all — nothing below is written or loaded. We keep only the record of your choice.
Analytics only — the measurement in the table below, and nothing for advertising.
Accept all — the same, plus permission to measure our advertising.

Ignoring the banner counts as declining: nothing loads until you choose.

Loaded only if you ask: the booking calendar

On the Book a demo page and the thank-you page you can pick a meeting time yourself. The calendar comes from Calendly, and nothing from Calendly loads until you press Show available times. Once it loads, Calendly sets its own cookies, which its own cookie policy describes. If you would rather not, send the form and we will arrange a time with you by email.

Advertising

No advertising tag runs on this site today. Choosing Accept all tells Google that advertising measurement is permitted for you, which is what makes campaign reporting work if and when we advertise. Until we do, nothing additional is loaded and no advertising cookie is set. When that changes, the tag and its cookies will appear in the table above before they run.

What we do not use, on any setting: session recording, heatmaps, cross-site tracking, and data brokers.

Changing your mind

Withdrawing consent should be as easy as giving it — and declining is a single click on the banner, in the same place as accepting. To change an answer you have already given, clear the sbx_consent_v2 value in your browser's site data for this site and reload — the banner reappears and you can choose again. Clearing site data also removes the values above. Your browser's own controls for blocking or deleting cookies work here as they do anywhere.
