How do I get started?

If you decide Smartbox.ai is right for your business, we’ll send over a proposal and begin onboarding you and your team as soon as possible!

Can I upgrade my storage or users?

You simply pay for the amount of storage and users you use each month and aren’t tied to a fixed volume. Any increased capacity will be applied to your account automatically as required, so your work is never interrupted.

Can I get an account in my jurisdiction?

We offer storage in UK, Europe or the US for Public Cloud accounts – for Private Cloud accounts we can be more flexible with data centres around the world. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Do you offer redaction legal services as well?

We also offer the full end-to-end package including redaction services performed by qualified lawyers at highly competitive rates.

Are all features available on the Public Cloud option?

Absolutely! No matter whether you choose Public or Private Cloud you have access to all of Smartbox.ai’s features and receive full technical support. Our pricing simply reflects storage, processing and hosting costs.

What is the difference between Public and Private Cloud?

Public Cloud is a highly secure environment where client accounts run on shared hardware (like most other cloud systems). All accounts are logically separated and data is stored securely.

However, for companies whose policies prevent them from taking Public Cloud, we also offer Private Cloud accounts which offer dedicated hardware on a dedicated network with dedicated storage.

Do you publish your roadmap?

We’re a young company and listen carefully to our customers, often that means changing our plans to bring in features that really matter to clients. As such we don’t publish our roadmap, but we’re happy to discuss our plans with anyone who is interested.
